Publisher Description
UPLNK is a free app hosted on the SeeClickFix platform. It can be used to report non-emergency quality-of-life issues within the Lincoln, Nebraska city limits and access various City databases. Reported issues such as graffiti, junk cars, potholes and streetlights are routed directly to the responsible departments. Residents can also review issue status, comment, upload photos and more on items they or other members of the community have submitted.
